1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (ashrafsystems.com), using our digital software solutions, or downloading our mobile applications including Wiridly: Digital Tasbih Companion and UrusKargo Driver App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct

Our services and mobile applications are provided for lawful personal or operational business purposes:

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled application binaries, except where permitted by applicable law.
• You agree not to use our cloud APIs to transmit malicious payloads, disrupt service availability, or compromise the confidentiality of other users.
• Content created within consumer applications (such as Wiridly prayer notebooks) remains the intellectual property and responsibility of the user.

3. Cloud Synchronization & Availability

While our applications prioritize offline-first data integrity (enabling uninterrupted usage without an internet connection), cloud synchronization features depend on standard internet availability and third-party cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Google Cloud). Ashraf Systems strives for maximum uptime but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to remote servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, visual identity emblems, user interface designs, and proprietary codebases created by Ashraf Systems Enterprise are protected under Malaysian and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashraf Systems provides its applications and digital services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
